05 · ECV engagement

Choose the engagement that advances the next decision.

The DAIS result identifies the limiting domain for one bounded use case. ECV then confirms the evidence, defines the target level, and converts the gap into architecture, operating-model, and adoption work.

Choose the offer that fits your next decision. These are not required sequential purchases; evidence and scope determine the appropriate starting point.

FRAME

Guided Orientation

Clarify the business problem, workflow, outcome and owners before assessment.

Bounded use-case frame; no readiness result.
EXPLORE

Public DAIS Assessment

Answer 21 questions for one use case. Approximately 12 minutes, self-service.

Self-reported profile, unknowns and suggested next route.
CHALLENGE

Facilitated DAIS Assessment

Bring the owners together to challenge claims, evidence and targets in a 60–90-minute session.

Provisional target-gap profile and evidence requests.
EXAMINE EVIDENCE

Full DAIS Evidence Assessment

Confirm scope, evidence access and authorized assessors before controlled review.

Controlled findings, limitations and decision inputs.
TEST

Bounded Prove Engagement

Test the riskiest value and control assumptions against an agreed baseline.

Working proof and evaluation; production delivery is separate.
DELIVER

Controlled Implementation

Build, activate, operate, expand or retire approved capabilities through scoped work packages.

Qualified work and operating handoff; release stays with the customer.

Preparation, follow-up, customer participation and commercial terms are scoped separately. Reuse qualification belongs to the Expand work within Controlled Implementation. DAIS v3.7 remains Experimental.

ORGANIZATION INPUTS

Context, ownership, and decision authority.

  • One priority workflow and defined outcome
  • Accountable owners for work, data, risk, and operation
  • Known conditions, material uncertainties, and unacceptable effects
ECV CONTRIBUTION

Structure, architecture, and evidence development.

  • A shared enterprise picture and target-gap method
  • Bounded experiments, architecture, and control design
  • A decision path that transfers capability to the organization

ENGAGEMENT INPUTS

Define one outcome, one workflow, and the accountable decision owners.

The DAIS assessment reports one provisional readiness level and its four-domain profile. The suggested ECV route remains subject to evidence confirmation and agreement on the target decision.

05 · Work with ECV

Start with the earliest evidence need.

An engagement can remain narrow, expand when evidence supports reuse, or stop without forcing a platform program.

A separate engagement

Services that can support the selected engagement.

DAIS supplies a self-reported starting point. Detailed review, proof, architecture selection, and implementation are separately scoped work. A customer roadmap exists only if a later engagement explicitly includes one.

Guided orientation

Clarify the scope, owner, workflow, intended outcome, constraints, and known unknowns.

Evidence review

Examine D/A/I/S evidence around one bounded use case and challenge unsupported declarations.

Bounded proof

Test assumptions that could invalidate value, feasibility, or control before broader investment.

Controlled implementation

Build and operate a client-owned capability with explicit controls and operating evidence.

Responsibility split

Client ownership remains explicit.

The client brings

  • Business and operating context
  • Accountable owners and decision authority
  • A priority workflow and intended outcome
  • Constraints, evidence, and known unknowns

ECV contributes

  • Facilitation and evidence challenge
  • Architecture and control design
  • Bounded experiments
  • Implementation support under a separate engagement
